Michael Pritchard
Non Executive Director
mjp@trilogiecre.com
more info >
Michael began his career as a Bovis Management trainee. He gained a Higher National Diploma in Construction and Management, followed by Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Building. His speciality discipline during his formative years was planning engineering whose function was to programme the optimum flow and smooth process of coordinating materials, subcontractors by designing construction programmes specifically for each project.
During the late 60s / early 70s, he made a transition into property development, becoming Development Surveyor for Metropolitan Property Developments’ Southern Region in 1971.
During the property boom of the early 1970s, he saw that prospective tenant companies for property developments were victims of dismissive attitudes in the development industry which lacked an understanding of occupier needs. He saw an opportunity to advise prospective property occupiers to help them influence the development process to their advantage by fully exploiting their importance as potential tenants through the design and negotiation process.
His particular skills are in pulling together the components of development to the financial and operational advantage of the client company occupier.
He established the development consultancy CRCL (Commercial Relocation Consultants Limited) in 1976, and took ownership in 1978.
He has since grown CRCL until it merged and became part of Trilogie in January 2008.

Daniel started his career at CB Richard Ellis in 1994 as a development surveyor and in 2000 moved to The Montpellier Group Plc as Group Property Director.

Daniel joined London and Devonshire Trust Ltd, CPM’s then parent company and still a major shareholder to this day, in September 2005 and was appointed as Managing Director in February 2006. LDT is a trading company which has controlling stakes in a range of businesses from hotels through to house-building and real estate consultancy.
After a competitive tender process Daniel’s former employer, Montpellier Group Plc, awarded the management of its operational and surplus property portfolio to CPM Consulting, who have continued to divest it of its non-core property assets and liabilities. This has gone towards assisting the companies’ strong financial recovery, and it has also now been rebranded Renew Holdings Plc.
Outside of work Daniel enjoys sailing competitively, running and spending time with his family.
